Student Ambassador program is defined as the tenure till when the Student Ambassador is actively performing tasks on the Platform. In case of minor Student Ambassador, specific written consent of the parent/legal guardian for participating in the Student Ambassador Program is mandatory and by clicking on accept it is assumed that such consent is obtained.

Your privacy is important to Us and We have therefore provided this Policy to familiarize You with the manner in which We collect, use and disclose Your Personal Information collected through the Platform(s). When You access or use Our Platform(s), We collect and store Your Personal Information which is provided by You from time to time during the course of Your use or access of Platform(s). Till the time You are active as a Student Ambassador on the Platform, You on your own willingly agree to participate to perform the task or activity on the Platform. The task or activity done by You is at your own cost or risk, Fission Youth Marketing Pvt. Ltd. or Viral fission or its affiliates shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any task or activities done by You for and behalf of Fission Youth Marketing Pvt Ltd or Viral fission or its clients. Fission Youth Marketing Pvt. Ltd. or Viral fission will not be liable to indemnify the Student Ambassador or any third party on behalf of the Student Ambassador for any claim raised.

Further, the Student Ambassador shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Fission Youth Marketing Pvt. Ltd. or Viral fission or its associates, from and against all third-party claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees and dispute resolution costs, arising from the actions of the Student Ambassador in relation to the use of Our Platforms in violation of its terms and conditions or applicable laws. Rules, guidelines or breach of any representation or undertakings given by Student Ambassador.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY:

We reserve the right, at Our sole and absolute discretion, to update, change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy (“Changes”). Information about You enables Fission Youth Marketing Pvt. Ltd. to ensure that You are eligible to receive exclusive internships, tasks, merch and benefits. The proofs in the form of uploads provided by You on the platform can be used to show it to the brands whose task You have performed as a proof of completion of the task. We also use Your Personal Information to secure an internship offer for You, assist You with tasks and to contact You for project assistance. Fission Youth Marketing Pvt Ltd shall use Your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

We use Your Personal Information to improve Your experience. We do not transfer Your Personal Information to any third parties except as provided under this Policy or for projects that you have participated in and consented to. We disclose Your Personal Information to a third party only if, You ask Us or give Us permission to do so; or to help You secure an internship, complete activities, complete tasks, validate Your proof of work; or to provide a student discount or access to a partner’s platform. RazorPay and Viral Fission will not be responsible for the transfer of funds, it is the sole responsibility of the applicant (Ambassador or team leader) to enter the correct payment details (Bank Details/ UPI Details) in the point redemption process

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when You visit Our Platform(s). These companies may use information, not including Your Personal Information, about Your visits to Platform(s) and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to You.
